On March 8th, Authority Partners (AP) celebrated International Women’s Day, a global day celebrating women’s social, economic, cultural, and political achievements. AP ladies from around the world gathered online to mark this day and share thoughts around this year’s theme “Women in leadership: Achieving an equal future in a COVID-19 world”.

This month we bring you story of Oscar Walker Tapia Merida, QA Engineer at Authority Partners, from Cochabamba, Bolivia. He talked about freedom, flexibility and stability at work, attributes of the AP team, overcoming challenges together, equal opportunities, culture, and many more. He also shared an interesting story that happened recently.

Celebrating “400+ strong” – the milestone of topping 400 consultants worldwide, founders Maja and Erol Karabeg were talking about the path that led to what AP is today, global teams, social responsibility, and how they managed, together with their consultants, to make the whole world their playground, in this fast-growing industry.

Authority Partners is a global company with a multi-cultural team spread across five continents and 33 countries. There are many different ways to travel around the world, and for now, a regular traveling experience just won’t cut it. The impact of COVID-19, on the other hand, leaves us room for creativity, and this is something that the AP team certainly does not lack.
