After months of joint reading sessions, our employees had the amazing and valuable opportunity to meet Jurgen Appelo, the author of the acclaimed book, “Management 3.0 – Leading Agile Developers, Developing Agile Leaders.”

The event was organized exclusively for API employees and took place on March 23rd, 2014. Although the event was held on a Sunday morning, our employees wouldn’t be kept from filling the entire conference room to capacity in Hotel Sarajevo.

Needless to say, it was awesome to listen to the author himself speak about topics we’ve all been so inspired by: how to energize people, empower teams, align constraints, develop competences, grow structure, and improve everything!
