It’s official! The top three winners of the “Code-off @ ETF Sarajevo“ Challenge on the topic “Boost Your Local Community“ have been announced on February 27th, 2015.

Following the 4-week challenge, the competing teams pitched their products in front of a panel of experts who then nominated the top three winning projects:

The first prize winner is Team KidCode with their fun and interactive application “Meet the Kid Code“ meant for children to get familiar with the world of basic programming. KidCode team members were awarded with Nokia Lumia 730 smartphones.

The second prize winner is Team Chorsokak with their mobile navigation for blind persons. Team members won Pebble smartwatches.

The third prize winner is Team EM with their mobile application meant for better traffic security. Team members took home Raspberry Pi Starter Kits.

Projects were evaluated on the basis of technical implementation, and implementation of the idea.
